Theraputic Nutritionist & Holistic Wellness Coach

Fellowship Holder in Clinical Nutrition with a Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics and Health Management. Also holds a certificate of completion in Ayurveda and Wellness. Has years of experience as a Nutrition Counselor, Yoga Teacher and Lifestyle Coach.

She has worked as a Nutritionist & Lifestyle Expert in the team of Luke Coutinho, a leading Holistic & Wellness Expert. Prior to that she worked with Fitness First India Limited (now Cultfit) – an international chain of luxury Fitness Clubs where she was awarded the Best Nutrition Counselor on two occasions.

Apart from having a background and experience in nutrition counseling, she is also an internationally certified Yoga Teacher in 2 disciplines – Hatha Yoga as well as Ashtanga Yoga and has also completed a course in Advanced Pranayama from the renowned International Sivananda Yoga Ashram.

She has over 9 years of rich experience in conducting group as well as individual yoga and pranayama classes and offering nutrition and lifestyle correction counseling services to clients across India and abroad. She has experience in designing holistic wellness plans in cases pertaining to PCOD, fibroids, hypothyroidism and weight gain, dyslipidemia, osteoporosis, hormonal imbalances, diabetes, hypertension and other clinical disorders.

How much weight will I lose if I join your program?

You will surely reduce fat during our program however we would be lying if we told you what the exact no. of kgs would be as it depends on multiple factors such as your metabolic rate, lifestyle, sitting hours, adherence to diet plans as well as exercise routine, sleep quality and quantity as well as stress levels. However, we target anywhere between 500-750g per week so that the fat loss is sustainable instead of making you temporarily happy by giving any crash diets!

Will I starve during this program?

Not at all! We do not believe in any starvation diets or any diet that removes any one macronutrient from your diet! All our meal plans are well balanced and customized to your liking and preference.

How do I decide which program to enrol for?

As you can see, we have 30+ programs to choose from so that we customize your plans based on your exact requirements! … if you have multiple goals … sign up for our “Cocktail program” so that we can focus on all the goals in the same plan.

If I have more than 1 goals will I be charged separately for each?

Not at all!. In fact that’s why out hottest selling plan is “Cocktail Wellness Plan” and the idea of this plan to to target multiple issues at the price of one!

What if I have any food allergies/sensitivity?

We understand that a lot of people these days are developing allergies to different food items/ingredients nd that is where our meal plan customization rule comes into the picture. We do not have any templates/ pre-made plans… everything is made from scratch after the initial introductory call so that the plan is highly customized to cater to your specific likings/allergies if any.

How many months should I sign up for?

We have 2 options – 1 month and 3 months. However, it’s best to sign up for 3 months for the simple reason that firstly its more economical on the pocket. Secondly, we have a lot of services/facilities included in the 3 month plan that are not there in the 1 month package such customized workout sessions with an ACE certified trainer, roadmap at the end of the journey, travel guide, brain rewiring technique etc. And thirdly, everything worth it takes time .. our body takes 90 days to generate new red blood cells and for any positive results to show distinctly on the body.
